Alpine National Park

A collection of some photos i have taken up here over the last few years. This has to be my favorite place to go hiking as i love being above the clouds with amazing views in every direction. I think i was originally drawn here by the John Marsden books. Tomorrow, When the War Began.

And the morning view looking out toward Big hill and Mt Howitt. A storm was rolling in which is why i woke up so early to race back to the car.

Great pics. One of those rooms with a view that you just keep going back too.

Before taking my GF up there. I tried to describe it. Though even in words and showing her some of my old photos. It is nothing like it. Being up there and having clouds as far as you can see is amazing. And she agreed. Though i did get in trouble for trying to add extra kms on to the trip.
