Beautiful NNW. And such a lovely skyline on that range.
I had forgotten my shots from the Larapinta
- Sunset from Brinkley Bluff
And a previous trip up north
- Sunset on the rock
- Sunset at the Breakaways - Coober Pedy

Nice one. My Brinkley sunset wasn't much, although the wind was memorable.

Love that "favourite" one. And in the lighthouse one, looks like the sky's on fire.

Yeah it's a cracker. Still one of my all time faves and without doubt the wildest stormy sunset I've seen.

I've got an A4 print in a folder at home with some of my other best of's but I wish I had a higher res shot so I could go bigger. It was taken with my first ever digital camera, a
pretty very crappy konica minolta dimage x50 which had bad noise at iso200 and average dynamic range and colour

"Stairway to the moon" taken in Broome last year. Requires the rising moon to be in sync with the setting sun to set up the amazing reflections in the bay South of Broome.

Radiata Plateau trig station bathing in the sun's last light.
One from my street.
A nice sunset from a strange path off Radiata Plateau which heads towards Medlow Bath and then stops dead.
A sneaky spot. 'The Carpark', anyone?
