its going to be an interesting summer in NZ, plagues of rodents are being reported in and near beech forests from a bumper seed fall last autumn...
also a mild winter has meant wasp no's in the northern and central south island are worse than ever, highest concentrations in the world... reports from nelson lakes say they can be seen all along the tracks, absolutely everywhere in the forest..
