[SOLD] Ultralight Tarp or Tent

Once an item is sold, found or thread is no longer needed we move it here. These maybe helpful for historic reasons.

[SOLD] Ultralight Tarp or Tent

Postby coryjohnrist » Thu 20 Feb, 2020 9:57 am

Hey everyone.

Does anyone wish to part with a DCF Tent or Tarp, Have been looking at a couple of options on the table from USA (Zpacks Altamid, Tarptent Notch Li, DCF Tarps) but dont want the shipping/customs/taxes hassle. I know (and love) what Evan is doing at Terra Rosa Gear here in Oz but really have no issue with second hand.

Requirements:
- Light
- Not a coffin, i am 6'2 189cm / 80kg
- I carry 2 trekking poles

Cheers,
Cory

I have a new HMG Green flat tarp 8.5 x 8.5, made a mistake, I wanted the 10 x 8 which is now in the mail. Send me a pm if that is of interest, I'd take the shipping/tax/time as my loss

I got a Zpacks tarp, not for sale but regret selling my Tier gear silpoly tarp. Weighs a bit more but bigger, packs down better, has more tie outs and heaps cheaper. Just saying a new Silpoly Tarp might be a better option if you don't want to pay $$$ for DCF.

I have a zpacks solpex, zpacks hexamid with fly net and a Dan duration x-mid.

The hexamid and x-mid are new- unused.

My son is keen to come hiking so I’m going to sell some of my single person shelters to fund a new two person.

I’m going to list all three in the next couple of weeks .

I forgot to say, but I would take US$100 of retail value for mine, so more savings than just tax/shipping ;-)
