Small piece silnylon needed

Postby jobell » Mon 14 May, 2018 7:28 pm

Hey all,

I'm after a small piece of sil nylon, preferably light green/olive green and about 20cm × 20cm. I had a little accident with my tarptent in 70km/hr plus winds last week on Kangaroo Island (my fault as I was struggling to pitch it in the conditions) and have subsequently used up all my supplies patching a few spots. Happy to pay for it plus postage.

Cheers Joanne

BTW I'm walking atm so might be a delay in any responses I make depending on reception.

I've got something that might suit, some offcuts of Olive Drab 30d silnylon from thru-hiker several years ago. Happy to send you a piece, just PM me the address.

I did receive it thank you though Moondog. I now have to decide at what point I give up patching and buy a new one! Most recently I was a little rough opening the inner and tore the flyscreen sway from the zip. So the tent us now sporting dental floss repairs as well as various patches on the fly and floor....oops.
