Beeripmo

Postby Earwig » Mon 01 Jun, 2015 9:25 am

Beeripmo was on my to do list for a while and I finally managed it a week or so ago. A lovely walk, perfect as an introduction into overnight hiking, with magnificent views along the way from a couple of nice peaks (Sugarloaf, Mt Buangor). My report is in my blog for those who are interested.

Great blog post and photos. Beeripmo was our first overnight walk testing new gear before we headed to Tasmania. It was a very useful gear shakedown as we realised we needed new sleeping bags - moved to down, warmer and lighter. As you say, Beeripmo is a lovely intro to overnight walks and not too far for those living in Melbourne.
