I just got back from a hiking trip to Austria. I was inspired to do the trip from a talk given by Bogong owner Neil Blundy in March this year. Next thing you know I was on the plane and eating apple strudel. It was a fantastic trip and I am already planning next year's trip. TrailDino is a great source for walk ideas if you are interested.

Great video. Obviously a great walk and wow what about that food and accomodation along the way.

Inspired by the food, I tried making apple strudel when I got home. My first experiment was a failure as the dough was not stretchy enough. Back to the drawing board this weekend.
