a not to be missed walk in Kyoto.
The hundreds of big orange Torii gates that cover the walkway run up the hill for kilometres through the forest on the edge of Kyoto
stroll around in a couple of hours. gradually 200m on a concrete path with steps
very unique walk, i doubt theres another walk like this, the gates are absolutely visually stunning..
hit the the trail in the morning to beat the heat,
Kyoto has no end of parks, gardens and scenic historic sites and hill walks to take in.
