Postby livetowalk83 » Thu 31 Mar, 2016 11:56 am

Hi all just wondering if anyone has ever been to the end of pyramid rock ? I have done parts of middle ridge traverse and walked part of the way out towards the end of the ridge but havent yet made it to the end. also can anyone tell me what the track is like to fountain falls from darlington range ? the last time i attempted it i had to turn back once i reached darlington range due to wet weather.

I was at Fountain Falls early last year. We lost the track/tape markers pretty quickly after leaving the ridge, but the walking was pretty easy going for Lamington standards. Reasonably open without huge amounts of wait-a-while. It was quite steep and loose in parts. We just kept to a ridge till we hit the creek. Ended up a couple of hundred metres above Curtain Falls.
