From ABC News

Four hikers who were reported missing in south-east Queensland have all been found safe and well.
A 59-year-old man and a man in his 30s were lost at Mount Barney, south-west of Brisbane.
Police say they separated from a group of three women yesterday afternoon.
The women made it back to the Mt Barney Lodge last night.
The men are believed to be related to each other.
A police spokesman say recent wild weather has made conditions in the region dangerous.
A rescue helicopter is winching the men to safety.

Meanwhile, two American bushwalkers have been found at Mount Glorious, north-west of Brisbane.
A 22-year-old man hurt his ankle at Cedar Creek.
A 25-year-old woman stayed with him while two other men left to find help.
The injured man and woman spent last night in the national park.

Mobile phone tracking equipment was used in the search for them.

They were found this afternoon
