There are some estimated trip times here. I would add a bit extra on to the times estimated as you are going to have to walk into Ryan's Den. Also, I recall the walker's registration book had lots of people commenting that they took a longer on the section from Johanna Beach to Ryan's Den. It is a bit hilly, so how long it takes you will depends on fitness, packweight, etc. So maybe in hindsight my idea is not the greatest?
