Are you at Pagoda Lookout on the Pipeline Track, Wogan Valley?

You got it! I stupidly took the long way to the top and the scrub was thick and the going was slow... Great views though.

Isn't the track there any more? Used to be an easy walk from the campsite near the junction. Long way down was over Half Moon to the big horse camp, but not that scrubby as long as you judged it right.

The track still exists. I used it on the descent. Still in good condition.
I went along the Gurrangorambla Range from Oldfields for something a little different on the ascent. Pick up sticks the whole way...
Yep wollondilly at the crossing in the "corridor" (Murphy's crossing??).michael_p wrote:I was thinking maybe Wollondilly River?

Apologies, I did say "what am I looking towards". Which is Evans Lookout, which is part of Blackheath. So I should have given it to you earlier. Sorry. Over to you.
