Heritage Falls.

The colour bias really threw me on that. You need to do some adjustments to your camera or post-processing. The colour of the rock has never looked anything like that when I've been there.

It's great fun mucking about up on top there. Looks a bit different since the floods went through. Much of the track to the falls was obliterated.

Sticking with the theme. Identify the waterfall and you should have no trouble identifying my position.

I'm glad you're right Geevesy, because I have no idea who, what, where or when 'Ritters Crag' is.
This was a great bonus to finding a campsite on a bit of ridge where I'd given up hope of there being anywhere pitchable. Of course, the next morning, just ten minutes further on, there were hundreds of potential sites scattered over a few acres of beautiful ground. But the view was better and closer where I pitched, so it was worth it.

Ritters is just a bit further east near the Lake Highway.

Looks like a pretty nice campsite view - I've been wanting to go up that way for a night for a while... just need to find time for that now.

I'm glad you're right Geevesy, because I have no idea who, what, where or when 'Ritters Crag' is.

Sorry bout that - was just me being too lazy to look at my photos and compare (thought it was Warners Falls from near Ritters - in hindsight Warners Falls is a much gentler gradient :oops:

)
