I thought he'd be long gone, haven't looked recently, but I see 'the mad belgian' (Louis-Philippe Loncke.. of SW Tas solo traverse fame) has in fact been busy and at it again: https://backpackinglight.com/loncke-com ... -traverse/

6.7 gallons of water in eight days? I think he'd be pretty dehydrated at the end. people often go through the best part of a couple of gallons a day exercising there.
