Tour of Jungfrau bernese region Vs tour of Mt Rosa ?

We did tour of Mont Blanc last year and really enjoyed it,
Thinking of doing one of these walk in Switzerland, can anyone one please shed some light on one or both of these walks, or even shed light on a more epic walk like Mont Blanc in Europe.

I do have the cicerone guides for both walks and The tour of the Matterhorn.

This is the walk that i am talking about, i guess strictly speaking it is not single walk but a meld of separate walks,
still any information on any part of this walk would be helpful.
