West coast walks

Postby JoeyJibJabber » Fri 28 Dec, 2018 3:07 pm

Hey guys, I'm wanting some ideas/suggestions for walks to do in the west coast. Will be traveling to Queenstown/Strahn from the north. Wanting to do some walks along the way. Preferably no more than 4hour return walks.

Thanks

Montezuma falls at Rosebery 2-3hrs approx
Kelly Basin/East Pillinger track from Bird River 2-3hrs approx
Mt Zeehan 2 hours
Mt Murchison 2-4 hrs
Mt Farrell + lake (Forgotten the name) at Tullah 3 hours approx
Ocean Beach however long you like
Mt Dundas 4-5ish, maybe a bit long
Mt Owen at Queenstown, wouldn't be long, mostly fire trail. 2-3hours ish?
Hogarth Falls at Strahan 45 mins
Horsetail Falls Queenstown - not sure, half hour maybe?

that should get you started
