Waterfalls Lake Meston area

Postby bauera » Tue 21 Apr, 2009 9:43 pm

During a recent walk from Lake Ada we investigated the smallish but robust waterfall to the east of the track between Lakes Adelaide and Meston and then were intrigued to hear the sound of a waterfall across the water from the lake shore near Meston hut next morning. Anyone know the names of these two falls?

There is a fall on a short creek to the SW of Meston hut but it is un named on the map and no falls shown to the east of Adelaide -Meston track.

The hill to the east of Meston would make any creek roar with a bit of water in it.

Sorry can't be more helpfull but no names on 25k maps. They may have local names though.
