Current snow levels

Postby wello » Wed 10 Sep, 2008 8:04 pm

Hi all,

I'm coming down to Tassie for three days at the start of October for a couple of quick walks. Not sure where yet, but I'll be based out of launceston.

Just wondering how much snow is about at the moment. Anyone been up on the central plateau, Ben lomond, Cradle recently?

Cheers

Here is a photo of forum member wayno1007 on a Launceston Walking Club ski trip to Mt Field on the weekend of 30/31st August - best snow cover for many years!
