Transport from Launceston to Cradle Mountain 25th Dec 2015

Hi,
me and my friend are going to travel from Launceston to Cradle Mountain on 25th of December. Unfortunately there's only one bus company that is going there and all the places are booked. So we are looking for someone who could share the cost of renting a bus with a driver (one company offered to take us there $300 but not sure if it's still valid, another one $500). Or maybe does anyone know someone who is already going there? We could pay for petrol, hiring a car etc. We just need someone able to drive us there and take car back to Launceston.
Any help would be much appreciated.
