How do I shrink 5 Mb digital photos to upload them

My snap and shoot digital takes 5 MB photos. How can I upload them to this site?

at the bottom of the messag you create there is an upoad attachment tab.... i think the site shrinks them anyway
there should be some software with your camera that lets you shrink it otherwise,
theres also free downloads available from places like download.com that will resize your images
microsoft office has a picture manager software that also does it.
