Already cooked and drained, so 99% beans. Bought at supermarket - Woolworths. 100 grams.

I tried the Chickpeas, pretty good all considered. Maybe a little grainier than some of the canned versions, but a good additive to a lunch I think.

Coles has bean and tuna sachets - several different types. $4 full price but have often been on special. Not light (about 400g from memory) but filling and delicious.

I took some on the Abel Tasman last year (I sent my pack by water taxi on a few of the sections, so pack weight not such a problem).
