Instant rice

Back country Cusinine still make really good freeze dried rice a wee bit expensive but "little goes a long long way" and it only requires boiling water just add your own flavouring .
Massel make a good range of MSG /animal gluten free stock powders so they are suitable for Vegos and the best thing is they are Ausralian owned and operated and taste really good. :)

Excellent

I'll keep hunting for it.

I want to try a coconut & banana rice pudding, found some freeze dried bananas yesterday!

:D

Anyone tried Uncle Bens Instant Rice? I saw it in the supermarket a while back, and just remembered it when I saw this thread again. I think they had plain and flavoured varieties.
