No cumin,oregano,coriander or salt and pepper with respect sounds a bit bland to me .

Come to think of it American Chili Powder might well be a mixture of those herbs and spices ,rather than just Chili powder :?

Yes I was correct American Chili Powder is a mix :)

I had US chilli powder of my brekky for a few days last year.

As is my habit, I read the ingredients information on the package, and while I don't remember the details, I do recall that chilli wasn't high on the list :lol:
