New car camping tent just arrived

No better made in real terms that any price point Chinese made product but what has impressed me is how light it is for the space enclosed compared to locally available cheap tents from Rays/Katmandu/Anaconda and such.
I was quite prepared to pay extra money to get alloy poles and LW floor fabric.
First impression was how light it felt in my hand in the cardboard shipping box. Tent bag/pole bags are reasonably well made with a strong double fabric bottom for the pole and peg bags.
Not too bad to put up; although we had a stiff breeze blowing I had only minor difficulties with the tent itself, as much because I was erecting in the driveway and I couldn't stake down into the concrete.
Pole assembly is intuitive for somebody used to such assemblies and the poles are colour coded for correct orientation to the floor, with simple clip attachments.
Fly took a bit longer but nothing awkward or too difficult.
A good size for 2 old farts with back problems and needing tall wide cots to sleep on.
A couple of small niggles that stop me from calling this a 10/10
The walls have a huge sail area and the pole seams only have a single tiedown point, 2 points, with 2 sets of Velcro attachments to the poles with a coupling ring would be stronger and a better way to do things.
The supplied cordage is not retro reflective and is cut all the same length and the side wall pull-out needs a cord 50% longer.
so an 8.5 / 10 because we should have ordered the footprint too and the floor only has a 1500mm WP rating
