This is unbelievable. I checked there two weeks ago and nothing. Thank you so much for letting me know, John. I have gone ahead and ordered a copy. I am really looking forward to reading it properly.

The more expensive copies are probably the first printing, which was a larger page size, more luxurious paper, etc.

The Colong Foundation has stacks of them
its part of the campaign to stop the flooding of the Cox, Kowmung, Jenolan, Little, Breakfast and Kedumba rivers and creeks
which will gut the heart of the Blue Mtns National park,
The world heritage status was overruled by state parliament last year.
All to enable housing on the flood plains around Penrith and Windsor
