Are you tall and skinny like I used to be?
Do you have long arms and have trouble finding a decent sleeve length?
Do you have wide shoulders and a reasonable chest size

I've grown a bit since I had this custom sized and I've had it a while but it is still serviceable and waterproof and as breathable as Goretex gets
J&H added 30mm to the sleeve length and added an Artigi style drop tail as an afterthought, so I could sit on damp logs without totally soaking my pants
The mid thigh length means that in normal conditions you won't need overpants.
One tiny patch on the rear shoulder and I cannot remember why it's there
