If a Market Sq item never arrives...?

The answer may be here somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it.

Is there any way a seller can be contacted if they receive payment but the buyer never receives the item? In my case, he has not logged on since I wrote another followup pm in January.

Oh. Nothing but an IP address I think you'll find Tortoise unfortunately. Send matt a message? Is there anything wrong with saying who it was? Someone may know them, there may have been a misunderstanding..

I will have a confirmed email address so I can try sending them an email on your behalf.
If you paid via paypal or bank transfer then there maybe other avenues. I think paypal has a 6week limit to raise an issue - so you may need to move quickly if that is an issue.

Drop me an email with the user name of you want.
