House swap north NSW

Hi, I am taking a punt on this, but here goes...
My family and I (partner and 2 mature boys) are planning a visit to Tasmania during the January holidays. It's a terrible time to find accommodation and I want our itinerary to be flexible (partner keen to do some walks but not keen on too much camping). I have joined the Aussie House Swap web site and nothing has come up yet. A house (or something) close to the middle of Tassie would be great. Anyone need a sitter or want to see northern NSW bush? Parks in the area include New England, Dorrigo, Cathedral Rocks, Gibraltar Ranges, Yuragir, Julie
