They are pretty quick bailz, 6.30/7am if you are first on a deck you get off a bit quicker. they do advise arriving early to load but I have been the last on or amongst the last, closer to the cutoff time. Haven't been over for a few years on the ferry now but the times would be listed on the site?

You will also lose a bit of time getting through the quarantine check after dis-embarking. That said, I was on the upper vehicle deck last week which meant I was one of the last called to disembark; there was a sizeable queue at the quarantine check by that time but I was "on the road" by about 7:15am.
