Hut rebuilding

Postby Neo » Sun 12 Jan, 2020 9:27 pm

What's the story with huts?

How and who goes in to repair them, can bushwalkers help?

Its not a too far fetched to lug in a little bit of timber and nails etc, one way.

Would be a kinda cool way to spend a few days or a week to gradually rebuild if some people have time and want a reason to go check out the spots.

In can see you are in Port Macquarie Neo but down south of the border the Victorian High Country Huts Association does a lot of maintenance https://hutsvictoria.org.au/membership/
Not a member myself.
