Love is in the air

Postby Julafreak » Sun 18 Oct, 2009 12:16 pm

Hey folks,
Ive just celebrated my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend and it didnt turn out to be as romantic as we both thought it would be. Part of it because we're not physically together. She's a thousand miles away from where Im currently studying :? . Anyway it got me into thinking about romantic ideas and somehow related it to Tasmania (A lovely and romantic state itself). :D So Im wondering if this thread could get us into discussing and sharing great ideas, more specifically, the romantic things we can do here in Tassie, ie: a slow relaxing boat ride into lake rowallan, the best spot for sunset or sunrise views, the best hideout for star gazing, ANYTHING

My Daughter and Son in Law had a magical weekend (so they tell me) at Lemontyme Lodge and they are not outdoorsy type folks. :)

Nice pictures DonQx! That's a very special way to get married (well, at least to me since the only marriages Ive seen are either the ones in churches with bored relatives looking on or low profile Vegas type). I rummaged through my photo collection and found a photo I took up on mt wellington during sunrise. It was magical :D
