seems a bit sad doesn't it. Just another classic humans screwing human type relationship. The rich ones can't get enough money from the poor ones for the antivenin. And be it first world greed or third world corruption, the problem is the same. Money before people.
Does seem to be quite high numbers of bites I have to say, kind of puts a new spin on walking in lesser developed countries for me.

Agree...probably some government intervention needed here. Hopefully one day they can develop the holy grail..a synthetic anti-venom that can be stored at room temperature and will work for all snakes in your area.
