Have you set your preferences to daylight savings NNW it shows "01 Jan 2015, 00:46" here in Melbourne.

Meh, this is Tasmania. You know we're a few decades behind the mainland in so many things . . .
Actually I thought I had it set permanently to summer time. Too much of a drag adjusting it all the time.
